The purpose of the RCM team is to interact with the Narcotics Anonymous service structure on the Regional level. They are the liaisons that participate in the flow of information between the Area and Regional service body. They bring the conscience of the Area, which benefits the region in the areas of bylaws, events, meetings and improvements.
